Claire Baldwin serves as Senior Vice-President. Ms. Baldwin oversees all corporate departments, all assets under management and is responsible for budgeting, operations, capital forecasting and cash flow management. She works directly with the Chief Executive Officer in the acquisition, financing, property management and disposition of properties including due diligence and financial projections. She served previously as Vice-President of Galesi Management Corporation, chairing various departmental committees and working directly with partners, lenders and principals to address both organizational and specific project planning and requirements. Claire received her B.S. in Management and Economics from the State University of New York (SUNY).
