Dennis Trimarchi is Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Dennis served as Senior Vice-President of the Galesi Group and Chief Operating Officer of Galesi Management Corporation, a professional property management company. During his career through Trimarchi Management and predecessor entities, Dennis has partnered with institutional clients such as Goldman Sachs & Co., Heller Financial, J.E. Robert Companies, ING, Walden Residential and others in the acquisition, financing, equity placement, asset management and disposition of commercial properties totaling more than four million square feet in addition to 34,000 apartment units and 4,700 acres of infill, developable land. Previous to his affiliation with Galesi Group, Dennis served as Director of Real Estate for AYCO/American Express Corporation. Dennis is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.
