Jeannette Orcutt serves as Controller. Ms.Orcutt directly oversees commercial and multifamily accounting and financial operations for Trimarchi Management; developing, monitoring and maintaining the accounting, budgetary, reporting and cash management procedures and systems. Ms. Orcutt is also responsible for the firm’s Payroll Systems and oversees the development of special user designated reports to ensure that the needs of all investors and lenders are met. Prior to joining Trimarchi Management, Ms. Orcutt served as Controller for Galesi Management Corporation where her responsibilities included financial accounting, budgeting and cash management related to commercial developments totaling approximately 2.4 million square feet and the mixed-use development of 2,200 acres in Texas. Ms. Orcutt has developed a highly efficient team-oriented accounting approach and continually strives to exceed the expectations of Trimarchi Management’s investment and lending partners. Ms. Orcutt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management & Economics from the State University of New York.
