Kathy DeRamus is a Certified Property Manager and serves as Senior Vice President. Kathy is responsible for overseeing multifamily assets and works directly with the Chief Executive Officer in acquisition-related asset evaluation and due diligence. She is responsible for multifamily property operations including budgeting, marketing, leasing, capital improvements and on-site policies and procedures. Kathy served previously as Vice-President of Glenborough Realty Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT). At Glenborough, she was responsible for its multifamily portfolio operations in the Southwest region. Prior to Glenborough, Kathy served as Vice-President of Property Management for Galesi Management Corporation- overseeing a portfolio consisting of 20,000 residential units, 700,000 square feet of commercial/office space and in excess of 1,800 acres of developable land. Kathy received her B.S. in Finance from the University of North Texas.
